If price of Watches.com holds at $0.025, 1 mil Incredible shares @ $0.004 ($4,000) would rake in ($15,000 = ($0.025-0.01)x1,000,000) ) if you exercise the free Watches.com warrants.
Only issue is the time line. If there are Waches.com to borrow under SBL would be perfect for an arbitrage opportunity.
