Placement price is below the current market price, if failed, its not a big deal. Key question is the prospect of the new business. Qingdao hospital is supposed opening in Jun, Now is Dec, still no news. If new business goes well, it is easy to find new subscribers.

 

You are correct even placement of shares also have problem buyer become " " Chicken out" " buy partial  placement shares only...
