IF the company is taken private before the expiry of the warrants, the offerer is legally obliged to buy the warrants at the GO price less $0.25.
That' s a big IF and you have to personally weigh the possiblitiy of privatisation happening before the expiry date. Please DYODD.

Buy mother share is better, the warrant is too fishy.
Mother will declare dividen payout coming financial result out.

If I buy the warrant today, can I exercise it now to convert to mother share or I have to wait till March 23 for conversion? Anyone can advise?
there is some buying interest in warrants.
If go by common sense, shareholder have right to buy the mother share at 25sen, if go privae,depend on how much the company go to offer buy back price. If i am not wrong,nta is 38sen for this counter....i also not sure what is the plan.

Looks cheap on warrant at 0.003.
Look out on the warrant. Still super cheap relative to exercise price of 0.25
Breaking 0.30 with high volumn. Just the beginning to move up towards 0.50
Slowly creeping up.....pip by pip.
BB 1 mouth swallowed 20million warrants last friday. I think the play is near.......
Result is releasing on 28 Oct 2021. Hope this will push both mother and son move higher.

A matter of time before it break above 0.30. By then say bye bye to warrant at 0.002 and 0.003.
