Indeed I was wondering why the slides are in black and white.. seems like announcing the demise of the company..

3 main routes they are trying to achieve.

1) Complete buy out company by interested parties
2) Sell out assets
3) Funds raising via debts and equity if I didn&rsquo t hear or see wrongly

The talk by the Chairman and CEO sounds lifeless and the slides are black and white looks like a funeral speech. Start explaining the history why they land up here and blah blah.... and pin pointing that oil price was the main route cause for all the happening....of course ppl start questioning at what oil price, will they even break even? So the CEO assume that if they have no restructure, they require mutiple of current price for breakdown, which angered one of the bond holder which he ask y not liquidate the company in the first if the price is assume at 100-200/barrel. Then the advisor came out to answer that there is some value left in the company which they can still improve on if they restructure the company..

Anyway, they will update all later in the next few stakeholder meeting for the outcome
