Mainboard Requirements
A company may list on the Mainboard if it satisfies any of the three criteria below.
Criteria 1
Minimum consolidated pre-tax profit of at least S$30 million for the latest financial year.
Criteria 2
Profitable in the latest financial year, and has a market capitalization of not less than S$150 million based on the issue price and post-invitation issued share capital.
Criteria 3
25% of issued shares in the hands of at least 500 shareholders
Criteria 1 not satisfy Pre Profits 9.7 mil Nett after Tax 7.8mil
Criteria 2 not satisfy but if share price stays at 32cents above then it shall be
Criteria 3 satisfied
I reckon it will break its all time high of 25 cent Monday and move forward to 40 range.
Similar to Hiap Tong and Cosmosteel on improvements in Fundamentals.
The coming half year results August will give us an idea of its FY 2013.
The Group's Transportation Management Services segment continued to benefit from the buoyant demand for transportation services especially in the oil & gas and steel industries. Its warehousing and container depot operations also registered improvement in revenue. Revenue from the Automotive Logistics Management Services segment increased, driven largely by higher contribution from the vehicle storage operations.
