The Board of Directors (the " Board" ) of Ley Choon Group Holdings Limited (the " Company" and together with its subsidiaries, the " Group" ) is pleased to update that the Company' s subsidiary, Ley Choon Constructions and Engineering Pte. Ltd. had successfully secured contracts worth approximately S$43.6 million in aggregate for the laying of underground utilities services and road facilities works (the " Contracts" ).
The Contracts are expected to be completed within approximately 24 to 36 months and are expected to contribute positively to the Group' s earnings per share and net tangible assets per share progressively from the financial year ending 31 March 2027 onwards until completion.
None of the Directors or controlling shareholders of the Company and their respective associates has any interest, direct or indirect, in the Contracts, save for their respective shareholding interests in the Company.
