Thanks, I will have a look at Sgtalk.

What other stocks do u think is worth investing now?

No worries. When price is shooting up, many people will buy and then tell others to buy. You must do some research first before buying. I started sharing before price surge and before I even finished buying. I have 22,382,000 shares now, collected after I started to share info. Did you read my sharing in Sgtalk? URL is a few posts below.

Thanks correction 0.029. Did not do research when I buy, followed people on forum. Big lesson learned. Hopefully turnover soon.

No worries, everything is moving in the right direction.

When price shoots up in the near future, you' ll realised that your 0.029 is very good price.

Up up and away.

No one want to take up the offer. Just a miserable 5 million shares accepted the offer.   So offeror, Chin Bay Ching, also lucky, don' t have to privatise the company.

DC, we have same first name, but think differently.

No delisting, because nobody wants to accept the offer at all.

So people still like to hold on.

Think many people bought at the high.   So good idea they hold on because if someone bought a huge stake, it means something big is happening. So stay tuned.

demoncaster      ( Date: 14-Apr-2014 09:49) Posted:

The risk of delisting is still there. Sell first, and buy back if it is not delisted, is a better option.

Agreed with ysh2006. Many stuckists bought at the high .... why sell to them. Let them up the offer ....

I supposed that Chin Bay Ching only have 51% cannot complusory buy our shares at this price lah...if he don' t want to raise the offer price than leave it lah, only he   lost money on   printing  doc of offer letter  .

He probably be getting near or exceeding 95% of all shares of the company.   Congratualtions to Mr. CBC.   His name in Hokkien sounds interesting. Hahaha.

I believe he is the big shortist from 4 cents dow.   Then he gets placements to cover.

Give it to him, we eliminate one big opponent.   His millions no longer works against us small players, because his shares will become worthless.

I don' t want to be landed with shares that no longer fetch money from the stock market.   That is why I don' t mind giving him the shares at his price because there is no competition and so no way that he will up the offer as he already stated.   That means, take it or leave it, at $0.0165 per share. He hopes not to get 95% and the shares will still be trading,   Then he will start unloading higher than 0.0165 (currently 0.018) for a very good profit.   If we surrenders to him at 0.0165, the counter gets delisted, we get our money, he only gets useless pieces of papers for his millions.   But who asked him to offer so low and confirmed he would not up the offer price?   Unlisted shares are not worth anything unless there are good asset backing we shareholders can benefit.   Adventus does not have good asset backings, so that is why I will give up either by selling at a good price now or wait till the final day and surrender the shares for cash of 0.0165 cents per share.

I was told those who object usually get a better deal from them. I will wait ...

Once we give him all the shres, he gets stuck since he cannot turn shares into cash.   Who ask him to offer so low?

demoncaster      ( Date: 05-Apr-2014 20:44) Posted:

If Chin B C gets 95% of the shares from other shareholders, the counter will be delisted.

If the price stays above 1.7 cents, he may or may not get 95% overall total.

If the price falls below 16.5 cents, everyone will give it to him and obviously the counter with less than 5% of public owning it, will be delisted.

So CBC will either have to push up the price, or have to pay for the rest of the shares when shareholders give up to him.

I think cut loss, and give him the shares since he offers so low.   Let him take the whole company, afterall it is not making money.

if we dnt tak e the offer. Will it be delisted like Synear, means get nothing .anyone knows?
