Durians have a very big potential and growing market in China and Taiwan. I was toying with this business opportunity for quite some time. Apparently the big boys had already got going.
Anyway, Sunmoon looks to be a good bet currently with regular huge volume traded daily.

Sunmoon CEO sees stars finally aligning
25 Oct 2016 09:00
By KENNETH LIM
WHEN Gary Loh first bought into Sunmoon Food Co in 2007 as a private equity (PE) investor, he never thought that he would have to actually run it as a chief executive.
But a struggling business and overwhelming debt forced Mr Loh to put on his overalls and jump into the trenches. Today, however, a potential investment by Chinese online shopping group Shanghai Yiguo E-Commerce Co has given Mr Loh hope that he will finally be able turn this project around and eventually move on to other investments.
" This is just the beginning of a nicer road," Mr Loh said. " I took a very, very difficult path to get to where I am, and I' m glad that I' m hopefully being able to execute everything and get the company out of harm' s way."
Mr Loh has not always had that level of comfort about the future of Sunmoon, an international distributor of fresh fruits and fruit products. Known previously as FHTK Holdings, Sunmoon was battling doubts about its ability to remain a going concern in 2007 when Mr Loh made his first investment into the company, along with other investors who took up a S$60 million convertible loan from Sunmoon that saved the company from liquidation.
