Accumulate Moya for the long term: RHB

SINGAPORE (Sept 26): RHB is reiterating its &ldquo buy&rdquo recommendation on Moya Holdings, the water treatment company, with a target price of 13 cents.
This came following a site visit to the group&rsquo s water treatment plants in Singapore, Seet came away positive on its outlook.

I bet all 30 mil rights at $0.002 would be bought up on the last trading day this Friday.
There are about 280 mil rights for Salim to grab from the open market if we assume only Salim and Gateway take up the rights subscription.
If they indeed mop up all the rights, then they will be able to increase their stake in Moya to about 75% without having to do a GO.
Smart corporate maneovre indeed.

Rights higher than market price? Who will buy the rights? What a joke
Doesn't mean they sell at 0.095 means it is worth 0.095. Eps is growing but it is not worth 0.095 after dilution especially with their huge 2 bil outstanding shares. Potentially become 3 bil.
Not to forget they are a low margin business. Plus declining rupiah..
When they call for rights mainly to cover debts also don't make investors comfortable with their management
