Honestly, anything below 0.042 could be easily engulfed by an institutional investor once Oceanus exits SGX watchlist. Why? Because most institutional investors would swoon at a chance of buying below the latest purchase price of the CEO and biggest shareholder!
It is a sure way of ensuring that the interests of the two most influential people over the business operations of Oceanus are aligned with theirs as a new investor, and working for these new investors to be profitable before themselves (with their recent insider purchase)!

0.036 is buyer' s own wall hoping sellers to sell to them, subsequent sell queue volume us significant lower than 0.036.
Those holding above 4cents most likely ardy sold or average down. Very likely the wall above is thin and will shoot up easily.

Perhaps you' re rolling in the dough, but $500k of personal money (given the conversative annual salary) for the CEO isn' t a small amount to most people.
And also, of course that doesn' t mean anything about the valuation benchmark. You might wish to attempt other logical thought process instead of building up a strawman argument over and again.
