Already in Sabana. But waiting to collect the 9.6cts payout then cash out at good post merger price. Noticed some big buy at Sabana, which I hope is ESR. Maybe re-target of ESR since both yield and valuation of Sabana is so much better than during early days of ESR/Sabana negotiation. Hope for an offer above NAV. DYODD.

Seriously, i think time for u to sell Viva and switch counter becos u have been worried and complaining for so long, why not sell Viva and switch to other reits? U said good things about Sabana recently, why not switch to Sabana? then u can sleep in peace at nite.

Dun know why u so work up over the date of annoucement, they are busy with the merger. In April u also complaining about it, so in the end, they still annouced and give dividend right?
I have 153000 shares in Viva and I also not worried, dun know why u worried so much. They will annouce , just a matter of time as they are busy with the merger.
1) They may want to annouce a combined statement, so need more  time as ESR has to wait for Viva.
2) They may want to distribute the shareholders circular for the EGM for the approval of the merger at the same time when annoucing financial statements, so they want to do all the things at one shot, so need a bit more time.

wow bro, u keep complaining about Viva even before the confirmation of merger... so nothing to do with ESR right? The way u are implying, u are saying ESR  is  no good bringing bad culture to Viva.
Even way back in April, u already complaining about Viva when ESR has not even confirm the merger , they were only in discussion.
