It?s always like that one ma.. retailers jump in. Funds will dump to them and hold for a long time.. then when they sell off. Funds will buy back. On repeat mode

I think you are the only Tom Dick Harry

How much shares they sold? At most 1-2% of their holding leh.. if they sold 50%,   perhaps you should be worried

If you were them, would you sell if you think the company is undervalued?
Not saying it will not go up since the market is flushed with liquidity and syndicates.
But at the same time should be wary also right?

If you are a contra player with no means of picking up the shares, then yes, you have to be wary.

If you are an investor, stay the course, the share price will bounce back in time to come .. $0.46..$0.50...$0.60..then $1.

But, do your due diligence, please.

  • Ligo Pharma Pte Ltd: iX Biopharma is consolidating its consumer business assets (Australian/HK subsidiaries and the WaferiX DTC platform) into this newly incorporated, 100% owned holding company.
  • Asset Split: Ligo will be the vehicle for the US strategy . iX retains the Wafermine drug product, regulatory assets, and US Department of Defence (DoD) contract obligations.

US Strategy & Rationale
  • Immediate Commercialization: The 503A/B compounding framework allows for the immediate commercialization of approximately 40 formulations without waiting for FDA approval.
     
  • DTC Telehealth: The strategy focuses on building a direct-to-consumer telehealth business. The Board notes that these businesses often trade at valuation premiums and benefit from iX' s patented sublingual technology.

For those keen to get in, hope for share price to reach S3 or 200 EMA.    No guarantee it will get there as short-term is in down trend, while long term is still in uptrend.

Looking at the chart, it does resemble a potential bull flag pattern, provided price breakout from the upper boundary of the channel.

Price has touched the lower boundary of the descending channel.  If it bounce off the 50EMA (32.5), then pull back may have ended
If it close below 50EMA, next support lies at S1 (30)

Although the 5d and 25d ma' s are downtrending for the moment, I am
not worried.
I am a longer term investor.
I have looked at the 100d and 200d ma' s, both of which are pointing up.
These are more important for me.
Just my opinion.

Already broke the trendline resistance (orange line) - not a good sign.  Short term MAs have already sloped down.
Now, share price must at least stay within the descending channel. If break the lower channel, it will probably go lower.
