Yup........Hope it wl recoup the losses for unwarranted and overdone reaction being :

1) ASP is a benchmark for costing.    Declining in ASP does not necessarily wl affect the profitability in a negativel/badly mannner .  It is a valid concern but it can be mitigated by higher sales volume/prodn.  However, if they lose a Big Customer, then it wl be a serious concern as their revenue/profitability wl be in jeopardy.

It is a common phenomenonin tfor cost cutting/reduction in price in biz world as we' ve seen it for sectors like (Telecom, Phone makers, semicon etc)

These challenges are inevitable and mgmt must be pragmatic to identify,address and resolve it.    The mgmt had been transparent with these.

2) Delay in approval with the new prodn line does cause some anxiety... But at this juncture, it don affect them as it' s not part of the revenue contribution yet.  However, if wl be a catalyst to propel the stock price higher once approval is given

If such sterling result being announced  elsewhere (NYSE, HSI), the stock price wl soar least mentioning their strong cash flow .

As such, wuld adv pple to look at things objectively.

I beg to differ

Mrmgt is pragmatic and cautious receptive to challenges in a dynamic biz environment.

This is what a good Co mgmgt shld posses to remain competitive and staying ahead.

No dividend......other tha could be keeping money for share buyback.  i  think they also have no confidence in the 2H results, scared overpaid now.   

 

I also have leh. Thought result very good but CIMB everytime like to phua kang tao . I partial sold some seeing the fall.....

Result good must gave interium or speical dividend ?  Who enact these reqmts.?

Neither they hv such dividend policy even though their biz/revenue had been growing steadily over the years.

Biz outlook is a guidance which the mgmt project but ultimately still boils down how they manage their biz .  Can only know few months down the road.

But agree that if the half year result already surpassed the whole of last year, i' m opined that pple wl look for higher dividend payout not any special or interium for the time being.
