Yup. The maths goes like this .... pay another 57 mil n get > 140 mil in return since each share is worth 2.60+ forego the 57 mil n get nothing cos no one' s gonna bite at current offer px. Are the HK businessmen that dumb? I don' t think so. So, let' s hold on tight for now ......

Like i said just pay another $57 mil to up another 20c per share and it is peanut for them.

Extension is meaningless coz no one accept
increment is the best so everyone accepts.
