a dividend guidance of 0.6cents per share to be announced in february and payout in april. So can expect to get back about 4.5% dividend for six months at current price. This has been a very good counter for me and hope that it moves further or the management keep on giving such dividends every six months like what they have been doing for the psat few years

Global investment has announced that it is rethinking its dividend policy. It is a very good move as the money given out in dividend can be used to get more profits and this in turn would lift up its nav.They have been giving out more than 10% dividend in the past few years. so the nav could easily surpass the 10% growth. They should also think about buying back the shares. Let us see what happens in the long run. vested/

Anyway this stock is glossly undervalue due to pass history company is poorly manage by past management.
Having said that they still some ppl slowly collecting it on discounted price
one of the reasons I cashed out last time was the huge accumulated losses (from years of overpaying dividends and this would not be allowed if incorporated locally). Constant issuance of scrip dividends also diluting shares. anyway hope current holders huat.

Bro, this stock is for dividend earner. With current price it pays 10% dividend a year.

Ya, normally we expect lower after xd but not always true. This is one of the exceptions. Shows it has lots of buyers prabably because of its good yield and study price., Management also steady and good. Look out also for UMS, xd still moves up.
