I heard somewhere that MAS had given a time frame that all share have to be minimum 20cts and above .
Personally I think KLW has some potential to go higher compare to Charisma beacuse in 2000 is was trading as high as 70Cts

why share consolidation?

Personally I doubt KLW will become S$1~$2 stock .... maybe just maybe after stock consolidation eg New silkroute with the help of smart guys with power can turn the counter in a Global particpating company
KLW is the best penny stock around at the moment. 1.2 cents, profitable and the son of the brunei prince is on board. Do your own research.

Ezion was a penny stock but grow to $1 - $2 stock a couple of years ago. So if Ezion can do it, I guess CE can too?

From past memories, basically all penny stocks are speculative counters that rally once in every five years. Most counters are traded to a few hundred percentage over it' s NAV when pushed by BBs and those bought at the high will never recover their money once " GAME OVER" .
Penny counters are high risk high reward counters - the lucky ones will multiply their capital in a few folds and the unlucky ones will be so badly burnt that many quit playing the stock market. Anyone notice when there is going to have a mass erratic movement the buyin volume and the sellout volume are usually large and almost equal volume ?

Share price may fast forward if Management can squeeze out a small dividend payout for 2016.

The result for Q4 is already written off by impairment as mentioned in the earlier report but 12Month result is expected to be profitable.
The Management decision to write off asset in Q4 while maintaining a profitable result for 2016 will give Charisma Energy a head start for year 2017. I believe all is well and under control!!

Normally govt and local consultant will prefer to work with a local representative to withheld long term liabilities for after sale service . So I guess Chrisma stand a chance if price and after sale service is good for buyer . ( Just my opinion)....
How much is Charisma into Solar power....mfger are mainly in Jap, China and US if I am not wrong.

So far, each neighbourhood is able to generate about 220kWh of energy per day, enough to meet the requirements for common services - such as lighting, lifts and water pumps for each block.

we don' t have a lot of solar here. the solar business is in other countries. carbon tax for sg. other countries not sure when start
