Should the title be changed to $1? 
Company buyback gives us the confidence shareholders & owners are aligned and the shares are deemed " cheap" . It is just icing on cake.
I take comfort its NTA is way below its current price and the gem is the spin-off of a Gultech listing in China. 
Vested for the long term.

Tomorrow 60cts cannot run away for sure.
Might see 58 cents today. All time high, after factoring in numerous rights issues.  This company was listed a long time ago.  May in the 1970s-1980s.  My mother said the highest was at 60cents. Could be.

Congrats and thank you for the detailed update.  Good news and am sure the profits in the recent run up of TS shares is helping pay for the purchase. I will definitely visit and stay at the hotel once it is up and running. Hope they give discounts to long suferring TS shareholders.   
I too am optimistic of a 80 cent share range once they announce the plans and submission for the Gultech China IPO on a CHINESE EXCHANGE.

Planning to use it as a vacation home on weekends but always good to have options for retirement that' s close to home (was also evaluating Desaru previously).. Batam/Bintan allows for a one-way safe travel corridor for Sgeans too (in the unlikely event travel restrictions continue past next year)

i booked pretty early upon launch so ain' t too sure about the subsequent takeup. there was another buyer before me who took up my preferred premium villa spot though. the largest superior 540sqm villa units are " blocked" prolly saving for release in later phases. condo units sold quite a few units and the contractor undertook a block too (skin in the game). they would also be reserving some villas and condo units for their own hotel management project here.
as their first township project, I' m confident TS will commit their best efforts to make it successful.
