Historical, if you refer to the chart for the past few years, there was no such thing as " good entry level" , in fact there should not be any " entry" at all. Sorry to say this, the writing is on the wall. The woes of Forest City seems to have spilled over. Iskandar doesn' t seem a viable project after all, not least the next few years. First thing both sides of the government must remove the vehicle entry toll to encourage movement on both sides. If you work in Singapore, do you want to buy a house and stay there? China citizens are also finding it hard to obtain funding to purchase properties overseas. So who are the target groups to buy into the Iskandar dream now?

approximately 50% discount more from this level, will be a gd entry price.

Yes,... same case with my experience of HPH TRust. INvestors were telling me last year that the listing price was $1.00 earlier, and today, meaning back then, it was lower than half of $1.00. Today, it' s gotten EVEN LOWER.

Slightly more than 10 years ago, I still remembered I wanted to invest into this comany because its yield back then was very high. I was a beginner then, I looked at the financial reports and thought,.. perhaps, but perhaps not that this company could sustain giving out that dps. I chose : perhaps not. My first trading rep told me back then the sp was too low,...don' t buy for the dividend.
Well,... 10 years later today, I' m glad I made the right decision not to buy this stock. Instead, I bought lots of First REIT. But I also started with some ctrs that did not perform to my expectations, as in Cityspring (today, Keppel Infrastructure Trust).

They must have guessed q1 2017 result should be bad ....
Should be seeing a big correction soon before any recovery is possible. Too much selling pressure.

Albert sold 7m shares of rowsley last year.
Albert hong and Lai Huen poh both sold more than 27m shares of rowsley in the past month alone.
Albert has 699.11m left. just wait for them to sell more, Lai huen poh has 125m left should have a lot more to come since rowsley not making any profit for mid-long term.
The other directors also not interested to support.
Waiting patiently to see if can scoop next week at 9.5 +/- since sold last week at 10.6

Depends on how much peter lim' s face value is... making losses every year. huge debts and interest payable is snowballing too.

Shareholders have a right to be disappointed in this company. Huge impairment of business so shortly after acquisition means they have VASTLY overpaid for the business. Take away the noise the company is slightly loss making. What is worrying is the 7mil per annum interest expense and 100m debt payable in 2018.
Possible catalyst:
Iskandar-thomson
Hotel football and cafe expansion
But to do any of these the company need a huge injection of funds.
short so that I can buy below 10c.

Big sell down. People trapped! rowsley pattern more than badminton. everytime have huge support wall. but disappears when you try to sell.
