Through its wholly-owned subsidiary Excellent Empire Limited, RUL supplies natural gas under  30-year exclusive contracts  to the cities of Anlu, Dawu and Xiaochang in Hubei Province, PRC.

Gas customers in these cities include commercial and government offices such as IRAS, Anlu Hotel, Bank of China, and industrial companies such as Ke Wei Aluminium Company, and residential housing estates.

With the completion of CNG receiving stations, CNG will be supplied to buses, taxis and other cities in the region.


Oil And Natural Gas Exploitation And Production In China

Through its subsidiaries,  Renaissance United Limited has the rights for exploitation and production of oil and natural gas  in the Ciyaobao and Dongdaoliangzi areas of the Ningxia Autonomous Region, PRC.

Mr Sazali Bin Mohd Nor

Non-Executive Independent Director

Mr Sazali is a Non-Executive and Independent Director of the Company. He is a member of the Nominating, Remuneration and Audit Committees. Mr Sazali has extensive working experience, having started his career in 1983, in various fields, including bio-pharmaceuticals, green technology and entrepreneurship.

In the area of entrepreneurship, he has driven multiple start-ups, pharmaceutical trading and distribution. Among other achievements, he has in that capacity, acquired multiple grants from the government for pre-commercialization of biotechnology products and the setup of the Centre of Proteomic Research in FRIM with a matching grant of RM12.5million. The Centre was a recipient of the Sun Microsystems Education & Research Grant.

He recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Pahang Technology Resources Sdn Bhd, a state-owned entity focusing on the area of technology development, and Chief Executive Officer of Silk Road Development Sdn Bhd in the area of Sea Ports and Infrastructure. Now, he is Strategic Advisor for Mutiara Smart Sdn Bhd, a wholly owned entity of the Ministry of Finance, Inc. Malaysia within the areas of information technology business and market development.

Berkshire' s new investment in the homebuilders was worth over $991 million. The Lennar stock was worth $800 million, while the DR Horton stake was significantly smaller, valued at $191.5 million."

Horton and a sign that the    U.S. housing market may have weathered its recent challenges.  This news signals to the market that Buffett, a famed investor, might    believe the worst is over for the sector."
