Most likely placement. That is why the price was pressed down last few weeks....
Close to 800 million order book. Need startup funds to buy consumables, machinery & hire new staff. Likely is fund raising, share placement or new partner inject funds.

Recent awarded LTA contract involves China railway engineering as partner. Could China railways bosses start adding stake in sanli env ? Team China is rich !

Somehow the next day after new contract announced. the selling was furious . whoever has the inside news of the earnings ahead. the fact, that the earnings already included the one off item sales of property and not fascinating. I think price will have to go to 26c for consolidation.

Those who have been trading in SGX know this.
BBs rule.
Company perfornance doesn' t really matter.
Good performaning stocks may not move up.
But companies with so-so perfromance and with story behind can shoot up if the BBs want them to.
