Fang Ming & china everbright together hold 58.9% of YL shares, and they hv already given SGX an undertaking to approve the divestment. They target to sign the deal b4 end of this year 31 Dec. It' s as good as a done deal. An EGM will be held b4 next AGM in April 2018 to ratify the deal, that is, for smaller shareholdrs like us to give their blessings, post-deal.
Correction has started & target 0.139/0.138.
