not logical .... the past selldown at 0.002 is limited even though it seems a lot. also, the placement shares and warrants have not been finalised.
as mentioned earlier,  will not rank for any dividends, rights, allotments or other distributions.  it possible if they exercised their warrants 
yet there is a possibility that bb is collecting from those who are exiting. 
yes, i should be collecting as well ... my thinking
