Again it EGM resolution no mention of special dividend only ask ud to vote approve the sale only...

Today announced EGM on 28 Feb can go there to vote approval or reject the sale but think likely go througg one.....Also ask them during EGM got special dividend at later time boh....
New TP if good dividend driven, 0.60 possible
