Tmr rate cut liao see any movement

totally agree. Infact there is another rate cut in december that is also 90% confirmed, and as I had mentioned previously the market had factored it intothe equation but it was not factored in the price on this one. There was a major shakeput of weak hands in last 10 days. Expect this to trade in the .25-.3 range by year end.

enjoy the weekend. 
Decided to sell half for the weekend and US data.
Next week price up or down is good for me. So long don' t stagnant.
Peaceful and relaxing weekend.
i am holding on to this as well as the other 2 US reits.. i dont see much downside barring unforeseen circumstances..

Added more for upcoming result and potential upgrading of TP by Analysts.
I guess we will know before end of the year if the 2 cuts are priced in or not. By my estimate by Dec end we shoudl be in the .25-.3 range. 
By your estimates, we shoudl be around current prices as rate cuts are alreayd priced in. 
Investors have priced in the 2 US rate cuts for US market and thats why you keep seeing it rising, but as far as SG market goes, these have not been fully priced in yet in my opinion, becuase SG is a very conservative market in most sense. But this is starting to change.

Investors already priced in the 2 cuts in Oct and Dec. > 95% chance for both.
100 investors got 95 investors say there will be 2 cuts. So priced in.
Unless u telling me only 100% then considered priced in then maybe you are right

Oct : Expected 97.8% cut, Dec: Expected 94.8%. So priced in already.
