Price is still higher than $0.21 last week...BBs may flush to take profits...My bet I am out 29 295cents this week..

 

only announced mou to study the business and an update on the due diligence, haven' t announced any details at all about the deal. They will issue shares to acquire the target group.

There is another 53m new shares because of the cb conversion. I think cb holders wants to take this opportunity to push up and cash in before the company?s $756k run out. Rich just get richer. Invest 7c get back 22c. Those who bought the shares now just funded the cb holders.
