Haggling for increase in price as the market for semiconductors has gone up quite a bit recently.
I would rather management hold out for more.
Anyway, Grand Venture' s operation and profitability are all there, so no fear.

But even without that, the share price should still move up and cross the $1 mark.
Shorting will be dangerous as company may call for trading halt anytime to announce the possible deal.
