I find it very unusual too to have a holding announcement for some fund raising.
I guess it probably involve quite a big block of shares to some strategic shareholders.

I only know of a stock trades at 52 weeks it will go higher.
Why? Because only when there are nett buyers then it will trade at the highs.
Once in a blue lagoon for the SGX bull cycle to come by and it will not end so soon.
Give it some time to digest the placements and it will trend higher and higher like all the other 52 weeks counters.
Basically if the placement is priced too high. It?s less incentive and harder to get their fund raising placement objective.
