US DOE announced intention to replenish the 180 Mio withdrawn last MTHS even at 2mio a day it takes easily 3mths to refill the spr. Regarding OPEC expect more cut for coming mths. 60k barrels of delayed production don't mean much sept px so low why sell any cargo. Keep those producted barrels be it yunma or brage for higher prices yr end or later. There is no rule that states the company HV to sell a cargo every MTH. When px is higher at 100 bucks or so than sell to the regular lifters one shot also can.
