Rather than hope and wait for it to reach ipo price, you might as well trade the stock when it is in play ... You might be able to recoup your losses even if it does not reach the ipo price ...

Did they raise enough funds to erase the huge debts?
Careful the recent pump could be for the rights subscribers to get out later at a profit.

After the rights issue and loan conversion, Berjaya Group will emerge from a 32% shareholder to a min of 51% or max 64% shareholder of SAM (depending on min or max rights subscription from non undertaking shareholders)
Interesting..... Berjaya is a big conglomerate in Malaysia. Hopefull they can rejunvenate the company by injecting some viable business inside just like what they are doing for Duty Free now.
At least the going on concern would be taken care of with the rights undertakings from the majors shareholders.
