hi guys, it is november already wow! been about 2 months since the decline and it seems the base of the flag continuation pattern may have formed. notice the struggle, false break at the base of the flag and the 200ma around mid october, that is usually a clue of strength. blah

woonie      ( Date: 19-Sep-2014 19:47) Posted:

this is no longer a straight forward case of a simple rallying stock, we are in some kind of consolidation that will end with a pop i think before november. one of the continuation patterns triangle, pennant, flag or whatever is evolving and of course it is man made for this counter. long term investors dun need to care what the market makers do or dun do, they just sit on their hands and collect money when they are called.. blah

at one time I saw the indices all falling red but the Dow kept going up it then reached three digits into the positive before the rest of the indices reverse ship and short covering took place. the plunge protecion team must have been at work, shortly after the end of the 5 years 4.5t QE was announced, and to me that was a hugely exciting night to rember..

Sunningdale Tech to acquire First Engineering

The proposed acquisition will create one of the largest precision plastics engineering companies, with a combined revenue of S$636 million.

SINGAPORE: Mainboard-listed Sunningdale Tech plans to acquire homegrown First Engineering from its parent firm Anchorage Singapore Holdings, in a deal worth US$80 million (S$100.15 million).

The proposed acquisition will create one of the largest precision plastics engineering companies, with a combined revenue of S$636 million, Sunningdale Tech said in a filing to the Singapore Exchange on Wednesday (Sep 3).

They will also have about 10,000 employees located across Asia, Australia, Europe, South America and North America.

Sunningdale Tech Chief Executive Officer Khoo Boo Hor said: " This transaction will not only expand our group' s blue chip customer base and widen our product mix offering, but also further strengthen our existing footprint and give us immediate access to the Indian market."

The deal is expected to close in the fourth quarter of this year.

I was reading about this guy on the WSJ who has been managing billion dollars funds for decades. Thomas Dorsey said, " I can' t pronounce it, and I have no friggin' idea what they do. But I know it' s No.1 - do I need to know anything else?" and " Why Should I care about fundamentals, when ultimately they all get funneled into price.... The only ' fundamental' I believe in is the irrefutable law of supply and demand." ....wow..my hero.
