Funny last day of Dec 31 2018 no buyback by directors..everyday for pastv3 months have buyback virtually everyday..last check in Nov was 17% in public hands..below 10% must make general offer..??

29100@$1.29 aquired on 13th Dec 2018..looks definite may take private..last check public float 17% ..cannot go below 10%..probably wait for release of FYE results..co will easily offer below nav $1.90..to force all minority to accept..what's your view?

Nearly everyday also buy by directors under their nominees..24400@$1.30 acquired on 6th Dec..agree only 1 buy but reported so many times..if below 10% public float may be mandatory take over..co may be taken private..little debt..all assets..possible takeover..since their 2 jewel hotels are newly conpleted and at prime orchard

Free float from Bloomberg 17% in public hands..attend Chartnexus..cash rich co with littoe gearing..NAV about$1.90..if continues to buy by directors..good chance of being taken private..sitting on pile of cash..last AGM 50th anniversary..CEO hinted if price is right may sell off their prized asset in from of Istana.

How many % he own now, why still no GO?
Everyday..directors buy back..funny thing it appears at.least 6-7 times reported in SGX for only 1 purchase ..reported 6-7 times in SGX
34,700 acquired at $1.31 each today 29 Nov 2018..everyday seems transaction of directors buying up the shares only.
Building base 1.32-1.33..still abv dividend scrip exchange for shares at $1.28..as usual will.push above $1.50 by march 2019
