where can we find the future news about CNT after delisting from SGX?
hope the dividend payout is good enough to cover the cost of maintaining the shares in HKSE

These are what the CEO said in the EGM
CNTD plans to pay dividend as from financial year 2017.
Delisting is only a small step to realize better CNDT share price, next step, they will try to make CNDT share to be included in HSSI (Heng Seng small share index) which the share can be traded via SZ Hongkong connect by mainland chinese and China funds.
More trading liquidity in HK will attract internations funds.
Expect better share price appreciation once this exercise is over.

By the time all the SGX shares xfered to HKSE.. there will be selling pressure as some ppl try to lock in the profit of a few pips difference (arbitrary trade)...
Last trade 0.40  HKD
hp3000 ( Date: 28-Dec-2016 21:01) Posted:
It hit 48 cts in HKEX on 16 Nov.
http://www.reuters.com/finance/stocks/chart?symbol=1278.HK
Think it should be worth to transfer to trade in HK.
Further more it had turn from debt to profit.
No hurry to sell if you transfer to trade in HK.
HazardKoh ( Date: 27-Dec-2016 21:23) Posted:
HKEX is 0.42 HKD so divided by 5 gives you around 0.08 SGD...
But when there is a flooding of sgx converted shares to hongkong side, there will be selling pressure..

i checked with my brokerage. no need to fill up any form wor..
I think is a good to hold counter for mid to long term.
HKSE will not be link to CDP account. The share has to be removed from CDP and transfered to HKSE and hold in custody by your brokerage.

Check with the staff for my poems  account. Was told to  complete some online assessments  inorder to link to poems  HKSE.
Link provide by poems    https://globalmarkets.poems.com.sg/markets-we-offer/hong-kong-hkex/
Should be 1 side commission and it will be link to our CDP account.
Seem like worth transfering as it hit 0.47 hkd on 16 Nov 2016 when the 3rd qty result announce on 14 Nov night.
The company seem to start making some $$$ liao.
Also may has some dividend given for the full year result.
Just my view.
