Just go submit your tender for 2.06, take the money & look somewhere else.

Dont look back, up or down no regrets. The market is always there.

Will those 'stubborn' holders rush in to sell and sell together with deep discount when M1 price fall below $2 or more since they are 'stubborn'? If by then the big shark will eat slowly and cheaply, won't the 'stubborn' holders or the public investors also eat slowly and cheaply?

very easy, since they are now holding 75% so no harm to thorw 1% to the market to create panic, afterall world market
and econ look cloudy and telco business going from bad to worst etc ......
once M1 price press below $2 those stubbon holders will rush in and sell together with deep discount, by then the
big shark will eat slowly and cheaply

How they can press down the market price and slowly pick up the remaining since those remaining in the market are those not willing to accept the offer at $2.06? Are they going to sell at cheaper price?

not necessary !! after KC/SPH control 75% market floating left very little share to trade.
if KC intend to delist M1 then they have to control > 90% . if they are no hurry they can press down
the market price and slowly pick up the remaining from open market at cheaper price.
no matter how all decided by the

whether keppel delist M1 or not, me and my kaki are closing our fibre and handphone accounts with M1 and move over to SingTel for good. So bye bye keppel.

Interesting foresight.

Let&rsquo s see if Konnectivity managed to acquire 90% by 4th.

Any current status known yet?

there' s no chance, keppel wants majority control. i.e. 90%, they aim to privatise it....... last day is march 4th, they will reach 90% before that date....
privatise means no more counter by the name of M1 lia

Consider this, for those who wanted to invest in M1 shares.

Tender (surrender) now at 2.06

Buy back after XD. (You would have made a good deal if you manage to buy back below 2.00)

Of course nothing is guaranteed, but looking at current situation, it looks likely   M1 would go below 2.00 after XD, unless there are new developments.

Good Luck to all. You will certainly need it.

My only advice is not to buy or keep any stock because of dividends. (Not only for M1)

On the contrary, you should SELL on a good market day few days prior to XD.

But of course choice is yours.

I suspect the price will fall below starhub after XD i.e. $1.50X. Question is how long will it take to come back to $2.0X ? Also M1 will not pay more div than starhub...so it might take a LONG time before we see current price again.

Do they send a new form for extension to 4th March or do we still can use the old form which expired on 4th Feb? Thanks.

cann777      ( Date: 17-Feb-2019 13:08) Posted:

no, its just all conditions being met, it turns unconditional...... they still have 14+% more to collect to turn it into mandatory... (i.e. > 90% control to delist)
offer is extended to March 4th....

u have to tender your shares to be able to receive the money, give ur broker a call ask him assist u, else u maybe submit the reply slip by mail.

simplesimon      ( Date: 16-Feb-2019 15:14) Posted:

Does unconditional means compulsory acquisition? So minority holders just wait for the offeror to credit the money ?
