It?s because of the unit increase. Actually not too bad. Almost good. I will get a lot of dividends from this payout.

Why? Becos ESR-Reit is one of the few reits that has it' s NTA and DPU dropping ALL THE YEARS
ESR-LOGOS reit' s NTA and DPU has been dropping since ESR took over Cambridge Reit.
Even after covid gone, NTA and DPU continues to drop.

ESR is like any other stock. I think should not get too attached to it.
Hope that ESR Logo Reit can gain back the shareholders confidence.
I bought it at 40 cents and have been collecting the dividends.

becos ESR managed ESR -reit until EVERY SINGLE YEAR for the past 7 years DPU and NTA only 1 way, DOWN.

It' s just like any other stock where the price has fallen 50% over the past ten years. People who are long stocks with such performance tend not to be happy with it.

Haha.. last time this counter have lots of people arguing over it.
32 cents not 32.5 cents and the whole market has chiong so I dun see any thing exciting.
This one is DPU and NTA destructive stock since it took over cambridge reit in 2017. Good luck with this counter

ESR was formed in January 2016 as the result of a merger between e-Shang and the Redwood Group to form e-Shang Redwood which is better known as ESR.  e-Shang was a  Shanghai-based logistics platform that was co-founded by Shen Jinchu and Sun Dongping along with private equity firm,  Warburg Pincus.[4]  The Redwood Group was a  Singapore-based logistics platform founded in 2006 by Stuart Gibson and Charles de Portes who were former employees of  Prologis.
In November 2018, ESR acquired  Sydney  based real estate investment manager, Propertylink for $522 million leading to its delisting from the  Australian Securities Exchange  in 2019.
In June 2019, ESR announced an initial public offering by listing on the  Hong Kong Stock Exchange  but postponed its plans due to poor market conditions.  On 1 November 2019, ESR completed its initial listing where it raised US$1.6 billion.
In August 2021, ESR announced it would acquire Singaporean Real Estate management firm, ARA Asset Management for US$5.2 billion.  On 20 January 2022, ESR completed its acquisition of ARA Asset Management. This led to ESR having US$140 billion assets under management making it the third-largest listed real estate investment manager globally.  The acquisition also included LOGOS, an Australian logistics real estate firm which was a subsidiary of ARA Asset Management.

I think ESR wants to raise a REIT that is listed in China.
The only potential relevance to ESR-Logos REIT is that it potentially blocks off investments in China as a potentual investment opportunity as a new Chinese listed REIT would have priority.
