actually pity the CEO projects completed with so many assets now Coy drop way below valuation !! At this price any fund or BB just pay $50 million to buy out the coy and u get it for almost free (if we assume the sales and profit coming will be 70-80% of last solid results)

BTW the redemption is only 21M any assets can easily cover it :)

They own quite a few assets base on the announcement they are trying to sell 1 of them to settle the redemption.
Also the march 2015 presentation they have already sold Ace@buroh 22%, Loyang Enterprise 24%

| I got 200 lot at 0.52 but sold at 0.56 average. Luckily before kanna halted.. That was 1week b4 the transistion.. Pity those still holding above 0.50.. Now drops like no tomorrow. Okh has few development. Loyang, Ace & Tai Seng. 2nd half will announce as revenue. Dunno can sustain until the day come anot. Sweat |
