LOL.. I think KBH accumulates shares as if he is buying sweets... few at a time. Too much at one good is not good for health.. so steady and energised .. to prepare for the next high.

The company is presently trading at around 0.6x PB, trailing PE of just 5.5x, EV/EBITDA of less than 3.5. The market needs to credit the company for its intrinsic value, their ability to consistently generate +ve operating cash flow, strong balance sheet, steady management.
I think the stock has been undervalued for the last few years and the market is just starting to relook at this with CIMB' s initiation. In fact, the analyst was spot-on and his TP of $1.49 was a very conservative figure which strips out all FX and any other possible one-off costs.

Current share price dip presents a good buying opportunity, hit a support level of S$1.10. Both CEO and Chairman last purchased at $1.09.
ex-FX, net profit actually grew. the real impact that caused the decline in earnings was FX loss, which is expected to hurt most manufacturers. after Sunningdale, guess the other peers should similarly see the hit with the upcoming 1Q16 results.
