Price weakness probably in anticipation of right share of $0.02  listing on 8/9 (Wed)...meanwhile  , interests has rotate to Mercurius
, Hatten , Abundance . Metal components etc 

 

Allocation results for the rights issue at $0.02 should be out tonight.
Windfall awaits those who had subscribed for the excess rights shares if the whole issue is under subscribed as the major shareholder will rank last

Looking like P & D as crashed to a low of 053 and now 056 057 on lower Vol as compared to last week... BBs run road liao and small players struggling to hold on to their unwanted babies.. Caution and Dyodd

More than meets the eye.
Someone appears to be buying up the shares or generating the volume for 2 possible reasons.
The 2nd biggest shareholder of King Wan is  Ganoktip Siriviriyakul  who holds a 22% stake comprising 78mil shares. What is surprising is that this passive Thai shareholder did not give an undertaking to take up her rights entitlements. Was it an oversight by the Thai party who missed out the rights issue but is now scrambling to buy shares in the open market to prevent dilution? Possible but quite unlikely.
Or could it be some parties already knew the Thai is not subscribing and hence trying to further beef up their holdings through open purchases of the rights and subscribing for the excess shares which may not be taken up by the Thai? 

We will know soon.
