thanks - I quite expected the range bound trading to settle around 48 cents to 52 cents, after the initial excitement.  Guess it is a wait and see until what happens wiht Gultech China.  I am still quite hopeful of a pleasant surprise tomorrow, either a fresh insight into the IPO listing process or other business developments.  They have a lot of quality assets in SG and Australia - and they now need to monetise them.

Most of the news have been factored in the present price levels.
The main game changer is when the impending Gultech IPO listing will take place ie by 2H2021, or next year 1H2022 or 2H 2022.
My understanging is normally IPO listing process takes about at least 1 year or more after registering formal interest with the relevant PRC exchange. How they speed up that process will determine the trading interest of TSH here.
Will an interim dividend be declared? 
Will they restructure SP Corp with other non-core property assets and give out as div in specie to TSH shareholders?  lol

ACtually - the good results are likely expected. What people are waiting for are news on the Gultech China listing, sale of Robinson Point and Gultech China stake, property sales in Batam and Singapore, and of course any interim dividend if any chance at all....

Usually they announce like after 530pm/6pm. Should be interesting this round, given the extra-normal profits expected from the RP and Gultech divestments.  I am keeping toes and fingers crossed for a special reward to shareholders.  Any announcement on the Gultech China front would of course be icing on the cake.
