RESPONSE TO SGX&rsquo S QUERY REGARDING TRADING ACTIVITY
The Board of Directors (the &ldquo Board&rdquo ) of Charisma Energy Services Limited (the
&ldquo Company&rdquo ) wishes to announce the information set out below in response to the
questions from Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited received on 3
November 2014.
SGX-ST&rsquo s Question 1:
Are you (the issuer) aware of any information not previously announced concerning
you, your subsidiaries or associated companies which, if known, might explain the
trading? Such information may include events that are potentially material and pricesensitive,
such as discussions and negotiations that may lead to joint ventures,
mergers, acquisitions or purchase or sale of a significant asset. You may refer to
paragraph 9 in Appendix 7A of the Catalist Rules for further examples.
- If yes, the information shall be announced immediately.
Company&rsquo s Response:
Save for the announcements that have been made before, the Company is not
aware of any information not previously announced concerning the Company or its
subsidiaries or associated companies that might explain the trading in shares of the
Company. The Company will make an appropriate announcement if and when there
are any material developments.
SGX-ST&rsquo s Question 2:
Are you aware of any other possible explanation for the trading? Such information
may include public circulation of information by rumours or reports.
Company&rsquo s Response:
As disclosed above, the Company is continuously engaged in discussions with
various parties on potential projects and the management is unable to conclusively
attribute the information disclosed above to the trading. The Company is not aware of
any other possible explanation for the trading.
SGX-ST&rsquo s Question 3:
Can you confirm your compliance with the listing rules and, in particular, Catalist
Rule 703?

SGX had released a statement to "Trade with Caution" for charisma energy.
Go up sgx start to enquiry on trading activities, issue trade with caution warnings.
If plunge, no sound no picture!!
