Incredible demand for placement and tiny discount. This MINT is like minting gold.
Can anyone share how to buy the placement? Thanks in advanced
1/3 funded by a placement and 2/3 by hopefully cheap USD debt.  Discount on the placement looks small.  Think this looks good although I was hoping for a cheap rights issue instead.

Super major acquisition of US data centre portfolio - go read SGX. I wanna buy cheap cheap rights!!!!
Yes,... I would say you are right,... UNTIL Feds decides to raise rates again.

Good points. So I Guess the 5.5pc yield for this blue chip like REIT would be very attractive even compared to the CPF SA rates. Without much currency exposure either.

I observed many of the home-grown REITs are climbing,... I think this is because SG REITs are good safe havens in times like this. Everybody wants to sit inside REITs now, besides gold. Secondly,....with interest rates dropping, REITs will shine. Thirdly, dropping FD rates make retirees go after other higher-yield instruments out there.

Any chance of it replacing HPH Trust in ST Index ?
This MINT keeps climbing continually.  What is happening here.. Any theories???  The spread over risk free rates and SSB rates that are falling?

Love this REIT/stock, always growing dividends year in year out. 6%-9% increase, depending on the metric read. Rare breed. DPU up again.  The sponsor is doing a great job, besides being the bluest of the blue names.

Mapletree Industrial Trust is included in Shariah Index.

Paiseh - I always cash out.  Have about 200 lots of MINT - and the dividends in cash always help sponsor a nice holiday every 3 months or so.  Perhaps others can advise.

Incredible stock - ever improving dividends. Well done MINT!
Well - very good results and DPU increase again.  Can only say this is one Reit that I will gladly hold and keep and pass on to my kid.  Has not disappointed from day 1.
My staff told me this mornng he found our the following : When the time comes to renew the land lease, MINT will HAVE TO PAY the Renewal Fee.
Looks like the acquisition price here is not the only price to pay,the renewal fee will be determined later-on. Then still need to pay this one. With all these fees here and there, I wondered what the Capitalisation Rate is now,....

Yesss,.... this was in my mind too when I read everything over the last weekend,... but this matter/question slipped my mind because so many corporate actions (that my holdings are in)  to read-up on,... yeah, the lease is expiring in 2023,.. so how ???
No EGM will be held here because the quantum of this transaction is below the threshold value,.... how to ask then ? Can you write to them ?

What I do not understand about this acquisition is the lease - does it include the 30 year extension or not? Presumably they would have to cough up more money to the URA ie it will not be free? Else it will only be another 5 years to lease expiration.

Looks like MLT selling over to MIT,.... and no mention if this acquisition and upgrading works done will be dpu-accretive to us later. ...
