So must meh meh scold scold Board to let the money flow to minorities Lor... a lot of Tuan Sing Assets are unappreciated And hopefully will be appreciated over time.
Dunno and don?t care about OUE. These high priced prop stock can plunge anytime one.

Tuan Sing is one of those counters where the company has not had a good track record of rewarding its shareholders... (e.g. dishing out very low dividends, etc)....scrip dividends and not cash dividends...
Many property counters trade at an extreme discount to their RNAV or even book value. OUE, for example, trades at LESS Than 0.4 times its Book Value of $4.50. Between Tuan Sing and OUE, OUE has a much higher profile and is more likely to " react" to favourable news... |

To me - I find the underlying prime assets very valuable and unappreciated or undiscovered. Or there are BBs controlling an waiting for their move. Who knows.

Don' t understand this TNP, is the report good news to TS, last Friday they buy back 500K shares.

Price has been on the decline despite stock price already way undervalued. Surprised to see it go below 40cents to 38.5 cents now. Any views why?
R18 looks almost quite completed. Most windows installed, and I can even see lights on some floors being tested at night, when I walk to the MRT after work.  Even the tricky triangulish  top part has been done.  Should have good news soon on its completion and tenancies hopefully.  Fingers and toes crossed.
Leasehold Twenty Anson with 88 years left and at the end of Anson Road was just sold for $2500psf.  Wonder what is the revised valuation of Robinson 18 and Robinson Point which are both Freehold properties at the entrance to Raffles Place?  $3000-$3250psf ???
Good point. Anyway R18 is being completed soon - all the window panes installed and built to the TOP. Also spotted trees being planted at higher floors. Q3 2018 will be massive for TS with the completion.
