Isoteam bought back about 1 mil shares (11 sessions) after it' s bonus issue and paused after 1 April. On 15 Nov it resumed its buy back efforts and in just 6 sessions (15th, 16th, 18th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd) has bought back about 3.5 mil shares. Something very good is happening with this company.
and the daily buy back.continues. this is a good steady company
More share buy back today. Very nice.
Isoteam is on the catalist and not mainboard so only has to post earnings report every 6 months. The next P& L announcement for them should be Feb17.

A a final (tax exempt one-tier) dividend of 0.75 cent per ordinary share for the financial year ended 30 June 2016 (the &ldquo Dividend&rdquo ), which was approved at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 25 October 2016.
Shareholders (being depositors) whose securities accounts with The Central Depository (Pte) Limited are credited with ordinary shares in the capital of the Company as at 5.00 p.m. on 3 November 2016 will be entitled to the Dividend.

The Board of Directors (the " Board" ) of ISOTeam Ltd. (the &ldquo Company&rdquo and together with its subsidiaries, the &ldquo Group&rdquo ) refers to the announcement made by the Company on 11 August 2016 relating to the entry into a memorandum of understanding with BT Industrial Coating (M) Sdn. Bhd. (&ldquo BT Industrial&rdquo ) to establish a joint venture for the purpose of engaging in the business of providing interior design services in Malaysia (the " Proposed Joint Venture" ).
The Board wishes to announce that the Company has entered into a shareholders agreement (the &ldquo SHA&rdquo ) with ITG Projects Sdn Bhd (the &ldquo JVC&rdquo ) and BT Industrial to regulate the rights of the Company and BT Industrial as the shareholders of the JVC.
