The claim of " 10 freehold and leasehold properties worth more than S$50 million" is contradicted by the reported financial figures:

  •

Total Property Value: The Group&rsquo s total Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE) is recorded at S$14.38 million as of December 31, 2025. This is a decrease from S$17.15 million in 2024.

  •

Specific Real Estate: The report explicitly mentions freehold land at a cost of S$2.11 million. It further notes that freehold land and buildings previously used as collateral for bank borrowings were valued at S$4.88 million in 2024, but this was recorded as **S$Nil** in 2025 following debt repayment.

  •

Geographical Reach: While the Group has subsidiaries in the Philippines, UK, China, and Malaysia, these are primarily industrial service centers (e.g., " Telford Industries" ) rather than a portfolio of high-value investment properties.

  •

Deconsolidation: A significant portion of the Group&rsquo s broader historical footprint was lost following the liquidation of Dragon Group International (DGI) in October 2024.

Good analysis.
I have looked through the story of this company.
Both Soh and Ng has been fighting to oust the previous managments since 2023.
They have since succeeded and they are running the company and beefing up their stakes.
I believe they know the valuation of the company and the business bertter than most.

I saw a little similarity between this company and AEM in the early stage of the run.
A bit far fetched. But you never know.

stick to these.
It is rather in secure for current directors holding such low cntrolling stakes,
Therefore, you will see more buying by directors while the price is still low.
company renew life and rides on semiconductors boom, it is metter of time for

Don' t be momentum trader..,
This stock worth more than what you think
Zero debt , in booming semiconductor industry, holding 16m cash, posive working capital,
one of the  SGX rules to avoid delisting and it must restructing, we will see new director emerging,
some asset sell and value unlock unsue, new strategic investors may emerge.
those traps for past 3 years may have sold their shares .
As booming semiconducor increasingly co-related or utilise AI , it is mattern of time
ASTI will embrace and invest in AI assisted automation to improve production yield..
Remember ASTI supplies parts and servies in that AI chain.

Majority shareholders quietly snapping up at current cheap price to for voting power.
Soh holding 11.35%
Ng 10.54%
both chasing Loh who hold some 19%
Others from banks nominee hodling less than 10%

TP 12-15 cents.

Yes, the syndicates know that a lot of people shorted the stock when it was suspended for months.

Afyer lifting of the suspension, all the stuck investors sold everything while the syndicates picked the durians cheap from the panice selling.

Subsequently, people started shorting whne the stock rallied for no reason, thinking that it will collapse thereafter. Who knows, the syndicates gave them a real suprise hy pumping at the way above 0.1. All the shortists wiped out.
