from their latest result , current assets  (including cash and cash equivalent , trades and receivable , inventories etc ) amounted to $185.7 MILLION
Current liabilities ( including trade and other payables , borrowings , income tax liabilities etc ) decrease by $54.2 MILLION to $123.6 Million
Is their debt position so bad ??!!
 
How ihc going to settle its huge debts and high interest expense ongoing every year ?

IHC COMING OUT WITH HEALTHCARE REIT BY RETAINING THE AUSTRALIA PROPERTIES .
 
INTERNATIONAL Healthway Corp (IHC) said on Wednesday that a sale and purchase agreement to sell two of its office properties in Melbourne to a third-party buyer had been stopped .
These properties are: a seven-storey office building with net leasable area of 10,710 square metres at 553 St Kilda Road and an eight-storey office building with net leasable area of 8,229 square metres at 541 St Kilda Road.
The group has decided that it will retain these properties in order to start a private Reit with a larger portfolio of assets. It has been planning to form the private Reit in Australia, which the group' s other Australian property at 73-79 Little Ryle Street, Geelong is already designated to be a part of.
The proposed vehicle for the private Reit would be IHC Healthcare Reit, a Singapore-domiciled trust that can become a publicly listed Reit when a suitable size is achieved.
Management is comatose or what. Just halt and suspend please. From 30 cent reduced to less than a third of its price is ridiculous. If all the accounts are legit [despite some dubious report that surfaced in FEB! } this should not be happening. They are really slow to react to the katek syndicate.

Market seem to think that it is the management that is partly to blame for the slide in price.
Since SGX has come out to say that it suspects irregular and suspicious trading activity in IHC, then that is a huge dampener 
on sentiment.

As in their reported result , the group as of 20 june 2015 has a net positive working capital of $62.2 MILLION
someone sud just privatise them... can have both companies for less than 200m... anyone looking for medical asset sud just buy them.
THEIR  NAV IS 14.51 cents
The latest result show net profit surge up 800% !!!
