Few things. Need consistent production >15k bbls per day. Need stable crude prices $80-100. Need to E&P 2p wells in Block 50 ramp up reserves. Need do share buy back and yield 2c div per year. Rex will make it.

 

Oil prices slowly going UP.
WTI Might go up to USD 100 again.
Rex will surely move.
