Now they can unload ALL the shares accumulated ..certainly a big %

Cuscaden submits superior revised offer of S$2.4001 per share and enters into implementation agreement with SPH

Haha - no lah. I dislike the Fatty General and am hard pressed to find any good he has done. But Sph owns a lot of assets, many freehold lease, like Paragon and even GCBs and overseas assets. I think we can wait for a better price. If it fails, the next buyer will have to pay much more. Remember - it is embarrassing to mount a takeover and see it fall and fail flat. There is a cost which must be paid.
