Today Monday, 26/08/2024. Trade closed for morning with total volume of 1037,200 shares changing hands between 0.690 to @0.695 up 0.005 or +0.7% gain. With volume of 299,000 @0.690 (Bid) vs 490,800 @0.695 (.ask)....:)). Good to see today most of the REITs is in green territory. (Is A Very Good Day for Most Positive Players to Do Trading.

This same mixture is what the plant discharges into the ocean. Blue tanks contain fish reared in regular seawater.

Sasseur REIT has reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 3.153 cents for the 1HFY2024 ended June 30, 5.1% lower y-o-y.

Distributable income fell by 2.9% y-o-y to $42.7 million. In the 1HFY2024, the REIT manager retained $3.4 million, up from $2.9 million in the same period the year before.

Sasseur REIT makes distribution to unitholders on a half-yearly basis. Sasseur REIT's distribution policy is to distribute at least 90% of its annual income available for distribution for each financial year. The actual level of distribution will be determined at the discretion of the Board of Directors of the REIT Mgr.

With effect from second half of 2020, Sasseur REIT has adopted half-yearly reporting of financial statements.

(So far they distribution in 1/4 over the past year, me is thinking this time lol, this time this month is June 2024, the last time they paid on March 2024 for last year 1023 dvd?

Latest updates. -- Sasseur REIT has reported a distribution per unit (DPU) of 3.153 cents for the 1HFY2024 ended June 30, 5.1% lower y-o-y.

Distributable income fell by 2.9% y-o-y to $42.7 million. In the 1HFY2024, the REIT manager retained $3.4 million, up from $2.9 million in the same period the year before. Entrusted manager agreement (EMA) rental income climbed slightly by 0.9% y-o-y to RMB329.0 million ($60.8 million) as growth in the fixed component was more than offset by the decline in variable component.

Sasseur is just like any nomal stock, it will be slipping by as it show it on the chart. But today...A small small surprised waiting for today Wednesday. 7/7/2024.

Why it also a no surprised.. .since me has last posted here. Why.....Sad to see the REITs is moving for this two days up abit...a small smile special to day closing was is was monitoring for xxx prices on XD....isit coming?.

It closed at 0.685 for a 0.015 or 2.2% gain.
