That why i have no faith in SGX, SGX regco MAS CAD.
Not a single director or pax got prosecuted. All got away scot free. We investor got burn to a crisp.
How to invest in singapore mkt when regulators do not play a active role to weed out fraud or rogue directors and ceo.
We will always be at their mercy.
Look at how many dummy stocks and boardroom disputes..
Investing in SGX is like playing with crypto.
Not for retailers or small players..

SGX has also disallow ( or whatever the term used Noble to transfer to Bahamas etc ...a long story. ) Yes, it did tranffer out on its own and recently fined.
However, MANY Old Noble ( majority ) are still in CDP . It does not mean it definately a zero sum game ( yes chances are low ) but Noble is going to be tough to come back w a listing in
many major market w this record and honestly doing business.
I dont know your objective and have not seen your name ....BUT never know how this episode or saga will need, certainly some Old NOble SH prefer to lost everything then
let this cheater transfer out and be cheated. anyway it really does not matter ,

CDP acts like a bank ie keeps your shares safely
The government financial entity acts like the police and sees that you are not cheated. Everything is between you and the company. If company X wants your shares to be transfered to Y company, CDP will transfer only with your written consent ( your signature on a legal document).. If you don' t sign ie don' t agree, it will stay with CDP. If company x is delisted, that' s it.
