It is a hassle. For infomation only. All (old) current Noble existing share is held by Singapore SGX (Share account holders) regulation authority and by SGX - Central Depository (CDP). Since Noble is suspended every month and SGX have all our share held in CDP account. WHAT HAPPENED to the $M of dollars investor lost here ?  What happen to loyal shreholders believing in their annual report and auditors E& Y ??   
Will this FINE reward them or investor ???    I doubt any of us would be happy here .

Sasseur REIT reports uptick in sales as malls re-open

CEO Tan, who took the helm on 1 August, has also given more clarity on her acquisition plans, and acknowledges that the ?market has been very anxious for the REIT? over its lack of portfolio growth.

Since its listing in 2018, Sasseur REIT has yet to make a single acquisition.

Sasseur REIT delivers 13% DPU uplift in 2Q as virus concerns abate. Data from Sasseur REIT?s latest results have been updated into the Singapore REITs table. Sasseur REIT?s portfolio of four outlet.

China began progressive opening and consumers began enmasse shopping. According to a GfK China Consumer Sentiment Study in February 2020, over 40% of consumers in the country have increased their online buying frequency.

In the same survey, 50% of these consumers also intend to resume their planned purchases across all product categories, even after the virus threat abates.

Strength in EMA structure keep Sasseur REIT a ' buy'

Analysts are positive on Sasseur REIT following its recent  1HFY2022 ended June results announcement, which saw distribution per unit (DPU) grow by 1.1% y-o-y to 3.410 cents from 3.373 cents a year ago. This is the REIT&rsquo s highest 1H period DPU in four years.

Two-way risk for oil as a decision on JCPOA nears? Oil prices are sliding once more after tumbling on Monday following some woeful Chinese data. ☆ 》 The unexpected MLF rate cut from the PBOC may have further spooked traders as it?s unlikely to have any positive impact and just looked a little desperate. Throw in the country?s disappointing refinery data ? with output falling to 12.53 million barrels per day ? and things aren?t looking particularly good in the world?s second-largest economy. ? ☆ 》 It?s hard to say how much of a factor the Iran nuclear talks are as a deal looks both close and unlikely depending on who?s talking. It?s possible that with an agreement or not imminent, the potential for a deal is being priced in which creates two-way risk for the oil price if a final announcement does come this week. But the primary driver of the weakness, which could keep prices around $90 or lower is the threat of recession around the world and the Chinese lockdowns.

I think it got to be one of the lowest gearing ratios for sg reits which is very healthy right ???  Well below MAS 50% limit
