Maybe - but SATS might get away with it if they just blame market conditions

KC' s cards are all shown and we know what we are going to get for KC. That' s good mgmt.

with SATs there are so many uncertainties. That is why many SHs are dumping their Shs over the last two weeks. It can be a blessing in disguise in the short term shd SATs call off the deal. Those who bought recently will get a big bonus as its share price will shoot up. But SATs reputation will go down the drain and no one will trust SATs in future

That is why I am holding my SATS ( not selling any until $2.96) and still buying Keppel

Having said that I do see SATS rallying to $2.96 soon and I will then sell 50% around $2.96 into that rally to buy more Keppel

Even then long term after the rally to $2.96 and a further drop back SATS can reach $4.80 eventually

Both Keppel and SATS are long term hold

Just that medium term I see Keppel rallying more first

With respect - Just because you sold away above $7 does not mean it cannot hit $10 by 2023

Such merge term won' t make Keppel share price hit $10, $8 also difficult. Only the Keppel without KOM may hit $8 or $10 in the future if the merge succeed. So if one buy Keppel now, make sure you execute well to sell away the Bayberry free shares fast enough and buy into the new Keppel without KOM. The repeat of SCI demerging SCM.

Agree with you. I am going to hold my Bayberry shares. When I got my SCM shares from SCI, I sold all. That was a good decision. I trust keeping Bayberry shares will be another good decision. I see TH will likely consolidate Bayberry shares 10:1 in the near future, and who knows Bayberry may rerach $4 after consolidating 10:1

KC is up 5c when STI is down 17pts. 10days to go b4 KC gives 3Q 22 business update on 27 Oct. Is market expecting very good news on 27 Oct? Stay alert, KC clubbers. This is the 1st good news we are expecting before more good news follow soon

It will rally to $10 eventually so just HOLD

Why sell ? Unless need the money ?

The share price is only on paper not a reality

No stock always ahead of future, the moment voting pass, KC should jump 😍 . And when actually bayberry formed... It may drop a bit 😊
